Assiniboine Park Zoo provides visitors with the opportunity to interact with animal species from all corners of the globe. This section highlights some of our current and future exhibits. We are working to add more exhibit information to this section to help you plan your next visit to Assiniboine Park Zoo.
At the Assiniboine Park Zoo, we strive to offer our guests the best experience while providing the highest quality care to our animals. We make every effort to ensure that animals are on display during operating hours, however occasionally an animal must be taken off exhibit for care or exhibit maintenance. We appreciate your understanding.
NOTICE (September 18, 2014): The underwater viewing tunnels in Journey to Churchill are temporarily closed for maintenance. During the tunnel closure, the harbour seals will be off exhibit, however the Zoo’s four polar bears will remain on exhibit together in the Churchill Coast section of Journey to Churchill. The tunnels are expected to be closed for a fewweeks. We will provide an update regarding the anticipated reopening date as soon as possible. Visitors save 10% on Zoo admission during the tunnel closure. Children under 3 are free. Discounted tickets must be purchased at the Zoo entrance and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
